Raiders have four prime time games in 2006
The Oakland Raiders will have four games in prime time next season, including their season opener at home Sept. 11 against the San Diego Chargers.
The game against San Diego will mark Art Shell's first game in his second stint as Raiders coach and is part of a Monday night doubleheader on ESPN.
The Raiders also play at night on NBC's Sunday night football on Oct. 15 at Denver, at Seattle on Monday, Nov. 6, and home against Kansas City on Saturday, Dec. 23.
Other highlights of the schedule include a home game against Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh on Oct. 29 and a trip across the bay to take on the San Francisco 49ers on Oct. 8.
Oakland plays at Baltimore in the second week of the season and then has its bye the following week.
The Raiders also host Cleveland on Oct. 1, Arizona on Oct. 22, Denver on Nov. 12. Houston on Dec. 3, and St. Louis on Dec. 17.
Oakland's other road games are at Kansas City on Nov. 19, at San Diego on Nov. 26, at Cincinnati on Dec. 10 and a season-ending game at the New York Jets on Dec. 31.
