Coach Norv Turner was fired. Perhaps the most glaring statistic is Oakland's failure to win a division game for the first time since Al Davis came aboard in 1963 to coach and eventually own the team. The Raiders went 1-11 against the AFC West during Turner's two seasons. Now, Art Shell is in charge in his second stint as coach and QB Collins is gone, replaced by Aaron Brooks. THEY NEED: Outside linebacker, defensive tackle, safety, offensive linemen. THEY DON'T NEED: Receivers. The Raiders again are deep in this spot with Moss, Porter, Doug Gabriel, Carlos Francis, Johnnie Morant and Alvis Whitted.
